This site is located along Doornzelestraat, near the Handelsdok. The residential units are located in the new Dok Noord development, an area covering more than 60 hectares. The modern architecture combines warm wood accents, large windows, spacious terraces and green areas. This sustainable project used materials incorporating energy-efficient technologies.

In collaboration with Life Tree Group, Besix and Bontinck, LDCWood^® ThermoWood^® ayous was installed in this eco-housing estate on the level two walkway and part of the terraces, creating a dynamic appearance. Lemahieu Fire Protection^® provided fire-retardant treatment for the LDCwood^® ThermoWood^® to achieve the desired reaction to fire classification.
