Each apartment is equipped with an efficient air-to-water heat pump to guarantee a pleasant temperature all year round. Heat and cooling are distributed via the floor to reduce energy consumption. The four contemporary residential buildings feature elegant cladding details in ThermoWood® ayous, a durable and visually appealing timber species without knots. The natural character of the residence is enhanced by LDCwood's ELSA profile combined with all-round planed boards.
ThermoWood® ayous is a 100% natural material, the result of an environmentally friendly thermal modification process which enables it to retain its shape even during significant temperature fluctuations.
