The project consists of a new, sustainable business zone of approximately 1.5 hectares in the center of Dentergem, strategically positioned within the Tielt-Deinze-Waregem triangle. The project aims to make the town and its surrounding areas more appealing, while also enhancing the quality of the town center.

 

Showrooms with prime location

SME Park RIVA project consists of four phases. The first phase, completed since late 2023, includes a business center with 6 units at the beginning of Wontergemstraat. Showrooms have been established in this unique prime location. These units can be used for both production/storage and expansion with a showroom/display.

 

Sustainable business practices

SME Park RIVA is committed to sustainability and is one of the most sustainable SME parks in Belgium. The businesses present collaborate to conduct their activities with respect for the environment and in a socially acceptable manner.

 

LDCwood® ThermoWood® Ayous

The civil contractor, Spanbo, has adorned the building with stylish ThermoWood® Ayous beams, which have a durability class of 1. These high-quality timbers were supplied and CNC processed by Lemahieu Group, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and environmentally friendly finish for the project.
